What we do not store
We do not store your birth date or birth time. Those travel inside the link itself and never reach our database. We do not ask for your name.
What we do store
If you place a paid order we store your email address and the order record (order number, whether it is paid, and when), so we can resend your link. If you subscribe to the monthly note we store the email address only.
Payment details
We never receive or store card numbers. Payment is handled on Stripe's own page; we are only told whether it succeeded.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 5 years as required by Korean e-commerce law. Monthly-note subscriptions are deleted the moment you unsubscribe.
Deletion
Email us and we will delete anything we are not required to keep. The monthly note can be cancelled in one click from any of its emails.
